Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns of items purchased. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Package Damage: Unfortunately packages get damaged and lost in transit from time to time. This is not the fault of Tara Crystals, rather the fault of the carrier. All packages come with $100 worth of insurance which protects you from the carrier losing or damaging your package in transit. If your packages is damaged or lost then contact the carrier to start the claims process. This is completed through the carrier and will be refunded by them.
Item Damage: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package is damaged then return then follow the Package Damage policy above.
